I guess as this is my first post I should tell you how I got here! I'm not a very crafty person. I like the idea of being crafty and clever, but alas I'm not. Last fall, September to be exact, I saw a sign at my local yarn store to learn knitting. I thought, "what the hell" can't be that hard. Guess what it isn't! It's two stitches, knit and purl put together in different ways. It's relaxing, it's portable and it's mine! So that's me as a knitter; new and adventurous.
You want to know about me as a person? Well, I'm a military spouse, I have two children K. who is 7, and one of the most caring people I've ever had the pleasure to meet, and A. who is 2, and all those horrible things you here about the second year are VERY true. You will probably here a bunch about K & A along with my adventures in knitting.
